WOMENS KICKBOXING & SELF defense

Our women's kickboxing and self-defense class takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM, providing a supportive atmosphere for women of all skill levels. This class focuses on kickboxing fundamentals while also incorporating essential self-defense techniques to promote fitness and confidence. Participants will learn a variety of striking skills, including punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers, under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
